Waldorf Astoria offers an experience of transcendence: an exclusive lifestyle embedded in a heritage brand that has stood the test of time.

Conceptually designed by world renowned architect Carlos Ott in collaboration with Sieger Suarez Architects.

The first 100-story tower in Miami, the tallest in the southern US, sectioned into 9 stacked glass cubes. The first 3 cubes contain hotel rooms, suites, and common areas. Cubes 4 to 8 contain residential units and cube 9 contains Penthouse units (can be half floor or full floor). All units have a private or semi-private elevator and enjoy the best service and experience of the Waldorf Astoria level.

The hotel lobby will be on the first floor and the residents-only lobby will be located on the third floor. Please note that this building is not a Condo-Hotel. The units can be rented in minimum contracts of six months. Maintenance (hoa) is 98 cents/sqft.
